2 weeks till Iacon One

Holy crap the sharks are going good. I've got ten about done and ten more to go. On top of that I'm working on Kranix and two more figures. This is going to be one hellacious showing at Iacon One. It looks like I'll do two dioramas and have a couple of CSF sets to give away. I hope I win something in the diorama category. We'll see how it goes.

Working on the CSFs

CrazySteveFigure line latest additions going good. Got the shark dude and the running kid protos just about done. I'm making the shark molds and running kid is coming along. I'm pretty hyped up about the convention season. Don't know how I'll arrange these figures into dioramas but who cares. The important part is getting them done.

Here's what the shark prototype looks like. The idea is to resin cast about ten of these. Make a friggin shark army!

Back from Laramie

I used to live in Laramie, Wyoming and I left there in 1993. It's been 13 years since. I decided now that I live close enough that I would go back. So I left Saturday at 4 am and came back this morning-it was a 6 hour drive each way from Rapid City.

I found that the comic book store I loved named 1,000,000 Comics and one other place I used to frequent called Books-A-Go-Go both closed down. Back in 1993 those were the two places that I used to live at when I wasn't in school. Finding that they were gone forever sucked!
