I had an incomplete Daimos as a kid, gotten at Bradlees I think. No missiles or fist but I loved that huge SOB anyhow.I approve of your naming.
It came that way from the store? That's kinda sad but it was nice of you to adopt it athough it was lacking its "accessories that intrigue" like the ad says. It's awesome just to have memories of owning a Daimos since it's the rarest of the jumbos. My powerwasher is the closest I'll ever get.My first Millenium Falcon was missing the blue seat for the gunner and we took that thing back immediately. Tool and hardware manufacturers like Craftsman and John Deere should do Shogun Warriors inspired color schemes on their tools and machines. I'd love a ride on mower that looks like the ship that goes in Mazinger's head.
I was like 5 or 6 at the time. So 79-80 I guess? For all I know my less than brilliant parents just chose not to give me those pieces or they fell out of the box or were hidden or something.I kind of wanted the Soul of Chogokin one out of nostalgia but those things cost ENTIRELY too much. Even if I want an Iron Gear for the same reason. They had one this weekend at Connecticon but 200 bucks? Yeah no.

Evil King Macrocranios was voted king by the evil peoples of the Kingdom of Macrocrania. They listen to Iron Maiden all day and try to take pictures of ghosts with their webcams.
